11 June 2019:

Asia Chan-Rose, one of very few contemporary female sculptors to work directly in stone, is having an outdoor exhibition at her family home, Plas Clough, in Denbighshire, North Wales.

On display will be number of her works, including pieces in limestone and red sandstone, as well as bronze, bronze-resin, stainless steel, and works-in-progress in a variety of other mediums.
Her stone creations are unique, one-off pieces, depicting complex relationships of time, humanity, gender, suffering, and love.
You are invited to attend the exhibition between the dates of 5 to 7 July 2019, from 11am to 5pm. There will be a number of refreshments on offer, and the opportunity to have a personal guided tour with the artist. Please advise us ahead of time if you wish to partake of the latter option.
Plas Clough itself might be of interest, too, as the first brick building to be constructed in Wales. Sir Richard Clough also co-founded the London Stock Exchange, and was reputedly a spy in the service of Queen Elizabeth I, aside from his more conventional business dealings.
Please feel welcome to attend.
